CHICAGO SUN-TIMES: Marian Hossa scored twice as the Chicago Blackhawks doubled up the Anaheim Ducks 4-2, snapping the latter’s eight-game winning streak.

COLUMBUS DISPATCH: Ryan Johanson, Cam Atkinson and Jack Johnson each had two-point performances helping the Blue Jackets down the Washington Capitals 5-1.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: The Jackets have won seven of their last ten, including five in a row, and sit only two points out of a wild card berth.

STLTODAY.COM: Blues star Alexander Steen returns to action tonight against the Anaheim Ducks. Steen missed 11 games to a concussion.

SPECTOR’S NOTE: Steen was among the league’s leading goal-scorers at the time of his injury. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly he regains his scoring touch.
