TSN.CA reports the Minnesota Wild and former Chicago Blackhawks winger Martin Havlat have a tentative verbal agreement on a new contract. The paperwork still hasn't been completed yet so the deal is not official yet. More details to follow...
**UPDATE** Havlat's deal with the Wild is six years, $30 million, or $5 million per season against the Wild's cap. A slight drop from the $6 million he made with the Blackhawks, but still, that's a lot of coin to invest in an injury-prone winger...oh wait....
