In the true spirit of hockey, rising up in the face of adversity, I really hope the Devin Setoguchi story doesn’t end like this. I hope he finds a place to stick and has a phenomenal year in the NHL. Best of luck!
Agreed I really hoped he could make the team and have a good year…not because its the Leafs but because the league could use more stories like a Setoguchi comeback.
I thought we traded all those prospects for grabner was because we were gonna sign all the ptos?
No they tradedall those prospects because they had too many contracts
With Boyes signing could/should be the end of Panik….thought he looked good at points last year, been almost invisible this preseason.
Hey Lyle, are you gonna track the waiver wire? The best part of preseason is seeing who teams are trying to sneak past the waivers and which serviceable players will be available to teams in need of them.
Hey, Ron, any notable players placed on waivers or claimed off waivers will be duly noted daily.
The Leafs also released Mark Fraser today from his PTO and he then signed with Ottawa.
source? I can’t find anything announcing the release. I think his toughness on the blue line is something that they will need.
