  1. Tonight’s game could very well be decided in the first 10 minutes. Expect the Leafs to come on like gangbusters in the opening 10 – and if they don’t score – and especially if Price is in nets – it will start to get into their heads as the game wears on, much like Hellebucyk has to be in the heads of the Oilers.

And in their case, now they have to go into an environment where Covid is running wild to the extent that Manitoba now has the highest % of infections per capita in North America, requiring patients to be sent to hospitals in neighboring provinces.

  2. George pretty sure the players are not worried about Cobid but I am wondering why Montreal is only playing with 4 skaters against the Leafs 5 doesn’t seem fair.

  3. Tell that to the large numbers of the morons who “weren’t worried about Covid” … but wound up either getting it or passing it on (or both).

Not being “worried about it” has absolutely nothing to do with coming down with it. It doesn’t choose between those who are concerned and those who don’t give a rat’s ass.

Nice statement win by the Leafs last night.

  4. Their more worried about all the false positives that are happening players having to sit out for no reason. Pretty sure all the people who have caught Covid or a cold or a flu are all not morons but hey what I’m really wondering is why the Leafs got to play with an extra player most of the game.
