The only “puzzlement” I have is, why they can justify allowing a clutch of teams the chance to move on in the cup playoffs AND a shot at a top 3 pick if they don’t advance!

When my Habs beat Peggys Pens and then the Pens win the lottery that is when it is a real joke both playoffs and draft .
Yeah, I can see it now – Pittsburgh, Toronto, and the Rangers get knocked out in the first round, and one or two of them wind up with a top 3 pick. That would be just my Red Wings luck. Chaos to follow.
