This is a whole new landscape, I think we all assumed it would get ugly, but it is really ugly. Some teams appear to be in deep financial doodoo (Yotes, Stars). Players are not happy with the new reality, cannot blame them, but they can look in the mirror in some respects, they were complacent with the structure with all ships rise as the cap keeps going up, but find it hard to reconcile when the cap goes flat and the resultant impact to them. At the end of the day, they are still paid significantly more than any reader on this site. I just hope we all get back to normal as soon as possible.
